The townhomes I live in contracted this company for a floor repair job on our first floor and second floor. The crew that came to do the first job did phenomenal. Great craftsmanship, cleaned up, and communicated what they were doing. Second job couldn’t have gone worse. There’s excess caulk everywhere and the floors are filthy. There’s bits of their materials over the floor. They cleaned their tools in our sink and left razor blades lying around. Wyoming License plate 3155 in a Redi company truck was diving crazy. Cutting people off with no blinker and just being a dangerous driver.
By far the shadiest company I've dealt with.... they want full payment upfront which i paid. Workers showed up late to the job site. Workers stole 2 guitars from the house that was in a secure place away from their work. They only finished 50% of the house then never came back. I keep getting the run around from Tyler and Juan about getting compensated and now I have to take legal action. I wish I never paid these guys in full upfront just to bring thiefs to my house along with Workers that have never installed lvp before. L... read more
John and Mike are amazing they are always here when we need them have never had a complaint with the work we’ve been given from carpet and pad install all the way up to vinyl installation, would highly and always recommend them.
