All went well from check-in to check-out. During check-in I was greeted and provided with information regarding what's covered by my insurance and given price ranges for what's not covered. The assistant that did my scans was very nice, smiled, and made the visit pleasant. Dr. Broyles is the best. He's always happy and in a good mood. Remember you from previous visits(yearly). Dr. Broyles and Dr. Phan are great! Very clean. Customer service from the whole office is top notch. Making appointments are easy through their online booking system.

The staff is top-notch! My daughter is 12 and a first time contact lens wearer. Each of the sweet ladies were very patient with her as she learned how to put in and take out contacts. I appreciate the sincerity of each one we worked with. They were all just such kind people. The lady at the front desk when you arrive has the warmest and most sweetest smile.
Had first visit on 6-30-25 and was extremely pleased. The staff was incredible and Dr. Broyles was too. 😊
