As a long time user of Reddi Services I was please to see Pepe at my door today. He is the most customer friendly technician in the business. We had a backed up sink in our kitchen. We know the problem is in the plumbing line construction but needed it cleaned today. After the call to the office, Pepe showed up, within an hour, which is 45 miles from the office. The only A/C Technician I will let service my units is Chris Groth. He is very professional and honest. He did not try to sell me parts that weren't needed.
Yes Reddi has been there for all of our plumbing needs. I highly recommend they are true and sincere and reasonable and honest. Especially Gerald Schulz call when you need your pipes checked, they are wonderful.
Toby Gamble is amazing, always kind and patient. He makes sure all questions you have are answered. There has never been a disappointing time while I was speaking with Toby Gamble.
Toby Gamble is the best and is always willing to help his customers out whenever called. He is polite and caring. He makes you feel as if you are his only customer because he is very tentative and gets the job done. I will always call Reddi Services for all my plumbing and cooling needs.
Gerald Schulz has been to our house a few times. He is the best! He is friendly, professional, and always on time. He has always fixed our problem, whether it is fixing a toilet, or putting in a new hot water heater. It is so nice to know that if we have a plumbing issue, Gerald will always be there for us.
Bob was very prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, and solved my plumbing problem. I would definitely use Bob and Reddi Services again. Thank you!
