Pepe Munoz saved the day. All 3 of our toilets were blocked--needless to say, not a good situation!!! He discovered we had no outside connection so had to go up on the roof to solve our dilemma. It was a warm day and not a pleasant job for him. At all times he was most professional--letting me know when he was entering the house etc. I would definitely ask for him again and aldo recommend Reddi Services.
I have used ReddiServices many times primarily because they're honest and will come out day or night. This is especially important during Phoenix summers, and this time was no different. I called about 1:00 PM and Tony Mata was there by 3:00. My air conditioning was not cooling well at all and it was starting to get really hot. Tony quickly deduced that it needed Freon which he added. He also added Easy Seal which should stop any tiny leaks in the future. Thankfully the unit is running normally now. Tony is the best!
Just had the nicest gentleman from reddi services. Pepe Munoz was prompt professional and did a fantastic job fixing the leak under our kitchen sink. He was here within and our of my call. I know have a plumber to relie on. Will recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Also he was honest and informative. Five stars for Pepe.
My A/C unit stopped cooling at 5pm. I called Reddi Services, Tony Mata came out within at hour. Unfortunately the unit needed a part so he could not repair it immediately. He was back out the next morning by 10 am with the part and we were cool once again.
We at the Pinnacle Peak General Store want to thank Reddiservices and specially Bob! He has been helping us for years whenever we run into any plumbing problems. Thanks Bob and reddiservices!
Tony Mata saved the day! I came home after a long to day to find out that my AC was not working, so i called Reddi Services to come out at 930 PM and Tony came out with a great attitude! He did an amazing, quick job. I would always recommend him!
Kitchen sink was backed up on a Sunday, tried everything. Called Reddi and within two hours Bob McKean came out on a Sunday. He was very friendly and solved the problem quickly. Didn't try to push any additional unneeded services, but he did fix a broken washer he found for free. The price was reasonable and I would call Bob again with any problems.
We have had work done by Reddi for years and they always do a good job. Gerald did what needed to be done and more. Thank you Gerald. Ron
We had some frustration with scheduling at first, but when I complained we got the properly trained professional here within an hour. Pepe was great, very professional and competent. I removed the toilet, he snaked hte line and found roots, it was still backed up so he resnaked it with a larger line from the roof, then verified it was clear with a camera.
