Update: Upon seeing my review I have been in contact with the owner, Kenny, and he has offered and issued a full refund. At least they were willing to admit their fault and stand tall and offer an apology and refund. Fire the service manager Dylan and hire someone who actually knows what they are doing and gives some sort of care to customers’ property and doesn’t try to trick the customers with wrong parts and lower quality.
