Highly do not recommend.Took my truck in to get tires put on and balanced and they were not balanced correctly so I brought it back and were way off balance even more afterwards.....This place can’t even balance tires!!! They also Damaged my 2016 Silverado and would not acknowledge it.

Our experience started rocky due to an unknown mechanical issue, but Mike Mitchell, Scott Stenko, and Kevin Dietz went above and beyond to turn it around to a positive. I would recommend Red Wing Chevy to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Ask for Mike Mitchell for your salesman you won't be disappointed.

Buying a new car can be such a long and boring process....But Nick helped me out and I am so happy I went in to see them! Nick was a fun, energetic salesman. He talked me through the process, even when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. I'm so happy with my new Chevy Traverse. And I'm glad I got to meet Nick and work with him

so today made the decision to trade in my 09 charger and knowing I would have negative equity to roll into my loan. I found a few possibilities and contacted Blake Hansen. he had the vehicles pulled up and the paperwork in order to make the purchasing process smooth and uncomplicated. best part of the experience is that I knew what I wanted, had a goal, and wasn't pressured in another direction. I would never do business with this place again and I wish I never had to begin with. Make sure you have your own mechanic go over absolutely everything if you don't want to spend a couple grand fixing all the problems with a car they supposedly have put through their checklist. The second you pull off the lot their attitude is "It's your problem now! Should've bought the extra warranty!". I honestly was worried for a little bit with the start of my buying experience here. Started off with one sales person and finance person, being told that I was able to get the car I wanted. Then, those two were no longer there, and started working with Santi and Matt! Boy, these two gentlemen were the saving grace! Called in with a dead battery, frustrating when you have things to do. Cody looked up my car and road side assistance, gave me the number to call and helped me when i made it into the dealership. Fast battery change and I was o my way. Thanks.

The team at Red Wing Chev is incredible! Mike Mitchell was incredible! He is personable, cares about his customers and will go the extra mile to make sure that they are happy!
