Bought a new used car 2016 with 4300 miles for my daughter on Friday has not been driven all weekend went to wash it and it shifting hard when maintaining speed. Brought in the the dealership and got told that it a used car and it a as is that why they offer the extended protection plan. So thankfully I was able to add that to the loan being it had not been processed yet. Then I go back out to drive to the insurance company and the traction control light come on!!!!! Great customer service! Go above and beyond to help with needs when fixing vehicle! Cody was one of best customer service I have ever had anywhere. Not just one time, but every time I have came in. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome. Good at explaining and helps you understand issues. Also don't feel like they are ripping you off and just adding to the list of things that need to be done. They don't do anything, unless you give ok.
Very expensive for just the little services 140$ just to look at my check engine light... went somewhere else to run in through there computer come to find out it was a gas cap issue.... glad I saved that 140$ for a dam gas cap
great staff that go the extra mile and give you truth about what needs fixing asap, what needs fixing soon and what should be addressed in the next 6 months. I can't say enough about how impressed I am
My car-buying experience here was better than any other I have had. My salesperson Mike Mitchell went far beyond the usual call of duty in making sure I was able to test a number of vehicles to choose the best one for me. Honestly, this was not the usual "make the best of a painful monetary transaction" that most carbuying turns out to be. This felt like I was joining a family.
