I bought a used pickup a week ago with a service contract. Did not even get home and the heat quit and check engine light is came on.
I found a truck online, talked to the sales guy 3-4 times, offered to put some money down to hold it. I made arrangements to drive 4 1/2 hours, planning on being there in 3 days.. I just looked online and they sold it! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! They could offer me a free truck and I wouldn't want it from them. I've been looking for MONTHS! poor business for new clients!
