this is one best steakhouses I've ever ate at! we vacation from Toronto Ontario and we make sure we come to the Red! the whole atmosphere is amazing.
What a freaking bizarre experience tonight. showed up 10 minutes before my friends did so I went to the bar and sat down....a nice bus boy poured me a glass of water and said that one of the two female bartenders would be with me shortly. They never even looked at me. Then, the same bus boy who told me that he could not pour me a drink, served a bunch of guys who showed up after me their beers. I went this evening for a birthday celebration and the service was terrible. The waitress was not pleasant. I still don't know her name. She never asked if what we wanted to drink. They'd agreed to separate the bill prior to us ordering, then brought one bill to the table and told us we needed to separate who ordered what. Also I ordered my meat medium well and it came out rare. The waitress then told me that she wasn't the one that cooked it. Will not be going back.
The steaks are out of this world delicious you don’t need a knife they melt in your mouth.
Look. I love Red. I would firmly recommend both Red in downtown Cleveland and Red in Beachwood. But this time it just wasn’t as good. Nobody’s steak was prepared correctly. I am sure there is another steakhouse in South Beach which would prepare accurately
I loved the food. The ambiance was amazing.
The food is fabulous and the drinks are amazing! Love it!
