For my first time coming the service was nice, would like to know if you have anymore Red smokes around?
Went there last night for dinner around 10 p.m. we were seated immediately but sat there for about 20 minutes never had a waiter go to our table! Had to get up and leave! Not a very good impression for the first time being there.
heryl E Cuthbert Your general manager needs to take more classes on customer service. Being confrontational is not a good quality. Unacceptable service and did not even give a complimentary soft drink. Placed a Togo order and received the wrong items, but was told that only one of the items was wrong and all she could say was, " I'm sorry."
No service....no one bothered askin us if we wanyed anything...very disappointed..
I had the worst experience EVER this evening at Red Smoke Barbecue! How is okay to seat 8 out of a party of 14 & tell the other 6 they have to wait until a totally different party of 75 has eaten BEFORE they could even place a drink order?!?! The manager was extremely rude & lacked common sense as well as customer service experience. She was very unapologetic & seemed to care less. I didn't even get a table let alone any food & today was my first & LAST time at Red Smoke Barbecue.
Absolutely fantastic meal at Red Smoke tonight. The jerk chicken wings were phenomenal the andouille sausage and pulled pork are excellent! We will definitely be back!
This place is beyond amazing. Highly recommend a trip in here for the brisket. The service, food, and atmosphere are all top notch. I cant wait to go again.
We've never been before, but took a chance last night and had an amazing waitress and the food and drinks were delicious. Best BBQ!
we had a party of 6 and were seated and served in great time on a Saturday night. Everyone's entree was excellent. Little pricey for a 1/2 slab of ribs, but all in all, give it 10 out of 10.
