Really great service, food was excellent, music was fantastic and saw Tasha Smith. First time in Harlem too.
Every visitation has been a great experience with the staff, the food, and entertainment!! This was our first time at the 11:30 AM Gospel brunch and we had a GREAT time!! This is our ‘go to’ place for a great time in Harlem!!

Such a great experience to eat and listen to music at The Rooster. The staff couldn’t have been nicer in making us feel welcome
First and foremost, the food is amazing. We have eaten here every time we are in NYC, we try something new every time, and always have our socks knocked off. My favorite is the Yardbird. It is a better executed version of my hometown Nashville Hot Chicken, better flavors a lot less heat, but a little spice and sweetness, perfectly proportioned. The waitstaff and managment are excellent. The restaurant itself is hopping with music, art, and happy customers. If you are in NYC and you don't go here. you are missing out.

Great Food, Great Drinks, Poppin' Music playing. Definitely reccomend especially if you want twist on Soul Food.
