What a wonderful experience! Granted I was attending a cooking demonstration by Chef Samuelson; the dinner / demonstration had the feel of being in the dining room of a friend. The meal was delicious and having the opportunity to listen to Chef discuss the preparation of the meal and the background that his life experiences have contributed to the food and the restaurant was truly wonderful.
