If I could give no stars I would. Staying in a hotel with burn marks in our sheets, the sinks being clogged, tissues, hair,and food on the floor... Some other person's makeup on the pillowcases. We drove 7 hours to get there. Put our luggage in the room ran to get something to eat and view the falls. And we come back to a place that we didn't even feel comfortable sleeping. If it wasn't for having kids I would have left but they were cranky and tired. Luckily I had my own covers that we could put over the bed

Room smelled like feet, terrible odour. Cleanliness was questionable but wasn’t a deal breaker. Service was terrible. There was no bath gel so we tried to call front desk and there’s no phone in the room. So we called using our phone. They picked up and said come get it at front desk. I go to the front desk and there’s someone sitting in the room inside but won’t come out even though I was yelling hello and calling from desk where both the girl and I can hear the ring. I checked in on 02/28/26. Had to pick up the phone in the lobby to get someone to come check us in. We got in the room the heat was not on. I turned the heat on. We left for about 9 hours if not longer leaving the heat on 85,we returned to the room it was still cold in. I called the front desk and told them the heater wasn't working I asked for another room he said they were booked, also never looked. There wasn't many cars in the parking lot. This was a horrible experience. When checking in the lady at the counter acted like it was a chore to come out and check us in. While walking to the room i noticed that the floor in the wall ways were dirty. Entered the room turn on the heater. We left and came back about 10 hrs later and floor in the hall ways were still dirty. Also when we enter the room it was still cold mind you we left the heater on thinking it would warm up. Called the handyman he tried to get to work to no success. We asked him if they could change us... read more
