I’d just like to start by saying that when we first entered the room, it looked great… until we settled in. There are two water bottles beside the microwave that have obviously been opened and someone has drank out of them.. they are still there as I didn’t touch them because that’s disgusting. The room's floor wasn't clean. The bathroom wasn't clean. It had a clump of hair behind the toilet and a used bar of soap under it. The bathroom door was hard to close. The pillows and the beds were uncomfortable. They didn't stock the facial tissue and only had two towels in the bathroom for a room with two queen beds and a twin bed. The phone line was missing, so we couldn't call the front desk, and the shower fell apart. It's probably the worst room I've stayed in.
