infested with roaches! as soon as we opened the door you can see the roaches crawling around everywhere.
Cockroaches. And the clerk lied and said they didn't have them before we got checked in.
My hotel room smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room, but the hotel clerk made no effort to accommodate. Also, my room door didn't latch, which made it impossible to shut all the way from the outside.
DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! When we were checking in, people were complaining of roaches in there room. Our bed sheets had all kind of stains from who knows what on them. I refuse to let my 2 year old sleep there. When I wanted a refund they refused! Said they could give me a different room. NO!! The place seemed like the people there were using it more for the hour then the day! We had to step over drunk and drugged out people on the walkway. I am a redicard member and stay at Red Roof inns almost daily when I'm on the road. When we left this dump I crossed it out out the location guide. It is nothing but an old, dingy, transient motel. Had seedy characters checking us out at the room. I normally have good experiences at Red Roof, but they need to get their name off this place ASAP.
I only stayed here because this is where my company book the rooms the place is run down the dresser in my room was broken there were roaches hanging out in the bathtub and it took two and a half hours after check-in and all the other employees got their rooms for my room to even get cleaned I hung out in the rooms of one of the other employees their dresser was also broke and smelled of dog.
Stayed here because we couldn't find any place else while evacuating from FL. People were very nice but the hotel is a dump!!! Sheets, towels and covers were stained as was the only chair in the room. Cost was over $100 for a room not worth half that much.
This place is disgusting! Cigarette holes all in the bedding, the walls are brown and disgusting, cracks in the ceiling, baby roaches in the microwave, flies in the bathroom, and the cherry on top is the faulty lock on the door! A safety hazard!!! I wish they had a feature where it would let me include pictures in this review so everyone could see!! Do not stay here!!!!!!
