Their espanic male general manager is a complete joke he makes excuses and approves of his housekeeping staff and staff to behave inappropriately he also stated its not their job to service a room if they have extended their stay and they are not required to replenish their basic necessities NOR tidy their room if I need things done I can call front desk and someone from housekeeping will come on their own TERMS and time to dump trash and hand me necessities but thats when that person is available because they done have a fu... read more

You can tell they’re making an effort to improve the property. I’m not sure what it was like before, but it gave the impression that it may have been in rough shape at one point. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were also very clear that checkout was at 11:00 a.m. and that staying past that time would result in being charged for another night.
