If I Could Give A 0 Star I Certainly Would. When checking in I was charged 2 different times on the pin pad it was saying approved front desk guy said it was saying error on the computer. Told me to try again I did then he repeated the same issue told me try again. I opened my bank account and said it’s already been deducted 2 times I’m not doing it again. We stayed at like five red roof ends. You just can’t go wrong. Comfortable beds, clean, soap, and conditioner towels. It’s quiet.
I have usually stayed in Red Roof Inns over the years, but likely bot anymore after this experience during my grandfather's funeral. Room was dirty and disgusting and this was supposed to be a renovated room. They will cancel your reservation, keep your money, then book you a new reservation saying the old reservation was cancelled. You will have to fight like hell to get a refund for a dirty room you couldn't even stay in. Good luck.
Blood on curtains, dirt on desk, counter, Shower. Got sick, left 3 hours into my stay and was denied a refund on rest of booked stay after leaving within hours. Was told they would call me back, refund me at least one night and never did.
Family checked into this location on Friday July 25. First room had large stains on sheet. Returned to front desk for second room and it was better...slightly if yu call better fewer mold stains. Mattress also felt "damp" It was a last minute decision after 10 hr drive to stop at this location Obviously from other reviews this location has a MAJOR mold moisture problem and should not even be open.
