Worst experience ever I was scared to stay there! Not racist but first thing when I got there there was an argument between the Spanish lady that ran it and a black guy that was staying there and it didn't end well and then my room that was a non-smoking room smell like smoke! The people hanging around there were scary and I wouldn't even leave my room. I'm not scared of a lot of things but I wouldn't dare go out there.
RED ROOF INN ( 8210 N. I35 ) ATX IS SO NASTY . NO ROOM SERVICE , I HAD 2 PICK MY SHEETS UP FROM THE OFFICE CAUSE I DIDN'T TRUST THE 1'S ON THE BED ...SMH DONT GET A ROOM HERE ..S.O.S. U WILL NEED IT
The 1st room was handicap accessible, WHICH was great but the shower head was 3ft off the ground AND turned down the sheets and a spider ran out! NOPE! Second room was better but roach powder in the corners, dirt on the floors and cigarette burns EVERYWHERE! Holes in the towels, which were stained and the pipes for the shower... sounded like something from a horror movie! I expect better at $100 CND a night! Not to mention you couldn't find the entrance well as it was behind a restaurant. Would never stay again at a red roof... read more
A fracken nightmare nothing worked and the room wasn't clean , trash behind the bed, mold in the ice bucket, remote didn't work and there was old food in the fridge. We only stayed because we had been at hospital all day and just wanted to sleep! Never again
My current look on my face very disappointed I was charged for two rooms that I had no keys for, then the first two rooms where filthy when I did get a room two white guys opens the door and says that they had just paid for it and closed the door quickly. Went to eat and couldn't get into my room tried for 20 minutes called front desk I was informed the room was vacant wow. Got another key got in refund needed.
