My complaint is directly regarding the billing person at this office. Instead of doing their job and checking my insurance coverage and providing the correct amount I would owe after insurance they provided a quote that was 3 times lower to which I agreed and paid for prior to receiving the treatment. I was not informed prior to scheduling my first appointment nor during the discussion of the treatment plan and cost discussion that my insurance was out of network with their office. Service is the worst ever -10 The customer service stinks, PJ who answers the phone is very rude and needs a new job or major attitude adjustment and or customer service training. They must of been desperate when they hired her. She hung up on me would not give me doctors name and or manager then when I asked for hers she hung up on me. Unbelievabley, terrible service, I will not return. The previous doctor Madison and his staff were a joy. This seems to have went to the clinic!
Can't complain Like everybody, I hate going to the dentist. But my trip here wasn't bad like I've had other places. I'll never go to a dentist again that doesn't have nitrous oxide. The shots just don't do it for me. I need the gas. The staff was nice and since I don't have insurance, they worked on the payments with me.
Under new ownership The previous reviews of our practice were of the previous dentists/owners and staff of Red Rock Dental. The office is under new ownership with a pleasant staff that takes great pride in their work. We are dedicated to patient comfort and service and quality dental care.
RecommendedIf you can enjoy going to the dentist, your office would be the one. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The office is comfortable and clean. You go above and beyond expectations and I really appreciate it.
They provide exceptional customer service and highly professional and caring dental work.
