We go to the Thousand Oaks location to see Julie!!!!! She's awesome!!!!
The food was amazing as always but the service was HORRIBLE! We had to flag people down for refills on our drinks and we ordered fried pickles which we never received. I almost fell and another patron said good thing I didn’t because there would be no one to help me! So it wasn’t just our opinion. Others shared our view.
The salads were good. The wait person forgot we were there, I had to have someone send her over so we could pay and leave. I froze, the AC was on high and blowing directly on me. I asked for it to turned down and was told they would. They turned it down colder. Only ate there because I had a gift card. Next gift card I will give to a homeless person.
Best Wedgie burger EVAH!! I hadn't been in a looooong time so it was really a nice surprise!!
Burgers were great, service was on the ball. Favorite place to eat, super nice employees, great food, a very nice and clean place to eat, and has great food ! 3
