Very good service and food. We had our family there - about 11. Our server did an excellent job
If I could give no stars of thumbs down I would! HORRIBLE service! Staff was rude and far from helpful! Everything took a REALLY long time, asked for some of the bottomless fries to have ahead of food and nothing and still even after eating the 3 on our plates they never came! No refills or condaments. Food took a very very long time to come out. New burger with pickled onions was so greasy there was a pool of oil on the plate and a soggy wet bottom bun. Woman’s restroom had Zero paper products!

Nope not good at all I got the burger wrapped in lettuce it was so gineric prepattied they forgot the guacamole and the salad that came with it was only lettuce, very disappointed, I’ve been to the one in Valencia , and much better 😡
The food was good. But the wait was too long. I had to wait 15 minutes before a server came to take my order. Then I had to wait 15 before a waiter would come look at an error on the bill. But the food was good.
Red Robin Burgers will consistently be good. However the disgusting customer service makes me sick. After being ignored, not checked on, and treated like a stray dog; the African American busser asks me how 'they' treating you. Then proceeds to tell us that they act like 'our' money aint green. Great experience! My family and I got there around 8pm on a Friday, we could tell they had had a very busy night and still gave us great service. We like going there on our daughter’s birthday because she likes the food and she loves attention so the staff singing happy birthday to her is a plus.
