Ordered carry out. First time we picked it up it was the complete wrong order. So had to drive back and get it again. Food was cold and still wasnt the correct order. No dip for the prime rib dip that was 16 dollars (worth nothing because it was dry and cold) and failed to give me the mozzarella sticks I ordered. Horrible service. Called in to talk to manager was informed they're too busy to take the call. Whatever. We used to order red robin at least once a week. Not anymore �
Wow what happened to this place? We used to come here often but lately the service is a joke. Tonight we waited 15 minutes to get served with attitude. We are currently in the bar area. 6 tables are seated. 4 workers on this side, and straight up avoiding people. Not worth the drive from Newark anymore. Oh update. It's now 25 minutes into it and I just got my drink.
Ordered online. Ordered the artic cod and shrimp duo. I got 6 small shrimp and 2 tiny "fillets". They forgot the vole slaw, tarter sauce n cocktail sauce. Got the guac, salsa, n chips with extra guac. They forgot the extra guac and we got no salsa. Pathetic they can't even get an online order correct. I will never order from there again.
Great burgers 🍔. Husband hard to please, was very satisfied.
Food was awesome!! Please bring one to the Charleston/Huntington WV area!
It was fantastic and our waitress was the BEST! My burger was cooked just the way I like it <3 and the fries were great!
First time and very enjoyable. Service was good. Definitely will be back
