Unbelievably poor service. Took 45 minutes to get the food We ordered and the fries came out cold. The well done burgers were still quite pink inside and don’t even think you will get a refill on you bottomless fries or 3 dollar drink! I went over 30 minutes, and through the entire meal, with no drink. We did however see our waitress ringing someone else out, with her small child on her hip. The burgers seemed more dry than they used to be the last couple of times I have went there. Also, the buns fall apart on the tops as if they may not be fresh. 😞

Went to Red Robin with my Daughter and Granddaughter, had to wait for the Hostess , waited about 5 minuets before the manager came, he asked if I had been helped. I explained I needed a table for 3, he said I have to find my hostess. She was young and didn’t seem to care whether she worked or not. We were at the Easton location. Food was good and service was good , but the experience when you walked in needs to addressed.
Service was so bad they kept messing up our order I will never go back to the one near Easton ever agin
My favorite burger place. Service was great and received a free appetizer and loved the unlimited broccoli.
