My first time eating at Red Robin's. I had a great burger and the fries were awesome!!
Went for lunch & sat outside on a beautiful day. No server after more than 5 mins so we told the host but still didn't get any service. After another 10 couldn't find manager, told hostess again and left a few minutes later still having not seen a server (though others around us had). We finally left our lunch hour having been wasted waiting for service. We won't waste our time going back - don't waste yours!

What a joke. Starting from the "host". ( I think we interrupted his game on his phone). Food wouldn't come out, had to ask a manager to get the fruit for a toddler as we had asked.... Our "server" disappeared; my burger was STONE COLD and once again had to wave down the manager to get any type of recognition at all. We stopped going several years ago because of poor service, but were looking for family friendly because of the kids. Trash restaurant, service is non-existent. Why would anyone go here?
