Everything was delicious and we didn't have to wait long.
Best burger ever
Our server Sarah was very nice. Food was hot and ordered exactly right.
There waitress are insulting to costumers and act like I was a problem rather then a costumer. When tried to talk to a manager about it we were laughed at and he left the conversation!!! order came out wrong three different times!!!
Worst experience, 20 minutes just to take our drink order. When they finally took our order, our food was wrong but got snappy with us bc we asked for it to be right, then I called the store talked to some Manager name nick I had been talking to him about our service and he hung up on me . Just very poor business.... I was not about to make a scene so I just called all I wanted was I’m sorry for your inconvenience but I will never go there again ......
It's the best place to get a delicious buger. I love being in the Loyalty program. I get my birthday burger every year. I had never experienced bad service there and I always enjoy my food...thank for many years good service to me!
We went there twice in one week. We got the best service and the food was great. We lucked out and got the same server (Kyle) both times, he is awesome. When you asked for something he brings it! Some servers forget or take forever, you don't get that with him. We love Red Robins onion ring tower and the campfire sauce, we get in everytime!
Service was great . Food was good as always . Thanks for suprising him with Birthday song. He was totally embarrassed lol
The service was slow, ordered a side salad and didn’t get it till after the food was served, had to ask for sugar 3xs, the food was over cooked, we had a party of 6 with a baby and they wanted to sit us at a table for 5, which would of been really crowded. The over all visit was poor.
