Our server lady was slow. Brought us drinks with no straws. Had to Waite to wave her down for some. Also asked for sugar for my Tea. Slow. I had get it from a table that had just left. Fries were stiff and cold. Burger was falling apart. I did not like it.
Who ever heard of ordering the Gooey Chocolate Brownie Cake with hot fudge for delivery with the ice cream on top??? Ice cream goes in a separate container. Otherwise you have pretty much a soup by the time it gets to the destination. Day manager yesterday apparently didn't give a crap about it with her attitude. The burger which was ordered to be well done arrived extremely pink inside. Very poor management. Your employees follow your lead which apparently you have no idea how to lead, Ms. Manager. Bad service....waitress very rude! I had to get up from my table to ask to get my drinks, napkins and food!!! it's not even a busy day! Very disappointed!!!!
Today’s burger was cold and undercooked and fries came out later without extra Parmesan. Others I know say the quality has gone down lately. Will not be going back. You would think with what they spend on advertising they could at least try. Maybe they are catering to the Mall clientele. Floor was sticky and we were there when they opened so there was no reason for waiting 30 min
Was seated promptly and the service was good. However they were kind of slow cleaning the tables after customers left. Food was good and hot nothing to complain about

Arrived, and told 15-20 minute wait, about 8 people already waiting, can see many open tables from lobby. 20 minuets and finally seated, still many open tables. Waitress was prompt and helpful. Food took a little too long for as busy as they were. (Still many open tables ). Food arrives, my French fries, cold . Not warmer than room temperature!
