Outstanding service and the food was especially yummy today.
Tonight there was a shooting at the Valley Plaza. I was there with some of my family and 2 grandchildren. We just sat down to dinner at the Red Robin. The staff was amazing getting everyone to safety. They kept everyone safe and calm. We were informed of what was happening as they received information. Thank you Red Robin staff. I am truly grateful to you all
I was a customer on 11/24. I sat down with 3 other guests, after a long drive from out of town. We order drinks, and after about 20-30 minutes of waiting we were informed that we could not order food due to some malfunction. The manager (male) that came to speak with us, stated we should either pay or leave our drinks on the table. No consideration for the fact that we had a long wait and/or the fact that we had to leave the restaurant.
