usually this place is awesome!! the waitress we had today was Horrible never came back to see how we were or asked if we wanted refills on our drinks or the fries. people next to us had problems with her too. I always leave tips, but not this time I've never been treated so bad at the red robin in Folsom.

We went to the Folsom one for my daughter and sons birthday and not only was our waitress Holly a great waitress and is an amazing person . My youngest daughter had chapped lips and the stuff she had was burning so holly went and got her some chapstick that didn’t burn and made her feel special . Thank you for making her night ! Holly is definitely an asset to your company ❤️
