I won't be going back. Took one bite of the burger and the bun was soaking wet. They drowned it with mayo then mix mayo in the lettuce. It was the worst burger ever. Told the waitress and she said sometimes they do that. She even mentioned you only took one bite. My husbands burger was just as bad. He could only stomach 1/4 of it.
Short staffed. Fish was petrified. Didn't ask us where we wanted to sit. Just plopped us.
We wanted to try a new place. Big mistake. We ordered 3 different items and all 3 were not good. Service was just as good as the food. Will not be going back!
Because I love it soooo much, I had my usual chicken teriyaki sandwich and it was delicious as always. I decided to be somewhat good and got broccoli instead of fries as my side. It was cooked perfectly, tender crisp. Oh and my mai-tai was outstanding! Yummmmm! Also, Steve was our bartender/server and was very nice and professional. Two thumbs up! 👍👍
Their burgers are great the service is friendly and fast. Our orders are always brought to us correct and as ordered. Very much Satisfied with Red Robin. Thank you
