They have a good system in place for sanitation and seating. They seemed to have things well planned and laid out for employees to easily execute orders. No delays experienced and a great experience post shelter in place. Yummy food like always and was great to get out with the kids for the 1st time in 3mos.

Red Robin sucks now. They don't allow you to get french frys before your meal comes anymore. Why do they care if you eat them before or after your food. This is BS!!! Rant over.
Not sure what has happened here. Food use to be outstanding, but on this visit, it was slow , luke warm and not very good. Didn't even get the birthday ice cream we use to get. Our server was good, but everything else wasn't up to par....very disappointing.
Our waiter was awesome. he deserves a raise best service from someone that really loves his job..Hard to find good people like him. I know I am a manager and cant find good people who wants to work any more. I cant remember his name but he is good.. thanks for your great service what ever your name is.. It was around 4.pm on 7/3/19
