Been sitting here over 45 minutes with no food. Diet coke was flat. Server is not helpful and manager has come over 3 times now and has not offered a specific discount or anything. Blamed it on the chef. Not coming back anytime soon!
Horrible service!!!!! They take FOREVER.... And why offer Vegan patties if you don't know any of the ingredients in the food!!!! ... Clueless slow people!!!!
My family went here Sunday the 15th to celebrate my birthday. We were there for nearly two hours and the service was horrendous! The seafood platter was also quite tasteless and was comprised of what appeared to be frozen then heated shrimp and crab. We were left fro long periods of time with no check ins and our table was never cleared not refills offered. It took 20 minutes to get change after we tried paying the bill. I will never come to this location again :(
