I like the food which is why I come back. However the service is always bad! I wait too long for everything, to get seated, (even when the restaurant isn't busy) to order, drink refills, fries, broccoli, anything extra like more sauces.
Horrible service food is bad at Lakewood red robins
Alot of workers gathered together while customers get things off tables for themselves... 1 waitress doing her best with no help.. Work it girl!!!! Manager not keeping things flowing... Sad.
Great burgers, delicious drinks, and awesome deserts! Marha, Lety, and Gabriel loved it!
