I ordered online and was told it would be ready at 7:07 pm. When I got there I called the curbside number and waited for 15 minutes for them to bring it out. I went in and asked about my order and I was told that they didn’t have it(were they just going to let me sit out there and wait?) I showed them my receipt on my phone and then they decided they were waiting on my fries. I waited ten more minutes and asked them to cancel my order which I had already paid for. Went 9/19; seated at 4:30pm, was not given menus or acknowledged by server for almost 30 minutes, placed orders about 4:55pm, kept giving us fries “ until your order is ready “. Finally got served around 5:45pm,husband’s Fish and Chips were COLD. Just brought them home for the dogs.... at least they enjoyed the trip to Red Robin. Will be A LONG TIME BEFORE we go back.
Used to love Red Robin. Prices are getting to high as burger size is going down. I can get a good steak for they price of these burgers. Not to mention they made us ware masks to the table, but yet they handed us masks with no gloves and no service or food handlers were waring gloves. Will never go back
