My friends went in there today after a rally to support our police. The waitress, Brooke Kay, posted on FB that she was “seriously disgusted” that she had to serve these people wearing the American flag. She referred to them as Proud Boys. They are not. She was advised on Facebook to put hand sanitizer in their burgers and add extra charges to their bill. Wow. The way your establishment treated my friend who has a medical exemption and should not be wearing a mask is absolutely unacceptable. I will never eat at your establishment again and neither will anyone in my family.
Shame on you for making people with MEDICAL CONDITIONS have to leave. Learn the mandate!! I was in from out of state and I will NEVER visit another one of your restaurants again!!

Hello Teresa. We can understand your frustration with our mask policy. While we love to see our guests smile, face coverings are now required at all our Red Robin locations, to keep our Guests and Team Members safe. They must be worn when entering, exiting and moving around the dining areas, including the outdoor dining areas, but can be taken off while eating and drinking.
