Went in this past Saturday with my family and had a horrible experience. First, no menus were provided and we were told to use the kiosk on the table, which didn’t work. I had to go ask someone else for some menus since I think it is ridiculous for a restaurant to ask it’s customers to use their phone to view the menu. Then, the waiter was very slow in getting us drinks and taking orders. Went in Saturday. Took forever to get a water. Didn’t get it until after I got my food. And even then I had to ask for it a second time. Got double charged on my card. I was told Saturday the money would be back in my account in 2-3 days. It still isn’t. So I called yesterday morning to find out what was going on. Talked to someone who said he was the manager. Worst service ever. Lunch 1:30pm The host was amazing she sat us right away. The person I was with sat and I went to the bathrooms, which were very disgusting. When I came back out to the table we still had not received our drinks nor had anyone come to the table to ask for drinks or even to say we will be with you shortly. Sat there for a few more min and then we got up and left. They also didn’t have anything to drink besides water.

Went to dinner with my Aunt. My Salmon had a fishy odor, aunt’s meal was said to be tasteless. Server ended up disappearing and ignoring two other families in addition to us. Someone else from another table went to speak to host to alert her server had not walked over into the half of the restaurant to check on anyone for over half an hour. Still never showed up. Probably won’t go back. 🤷🏼♀️
