A) staff was not wearing a mask despite a “masks mandatory” sign on the door B) car side pickup refused to answer the phone C) “Jose” had a condescending attitude and told me how busy he was despite having no customers in the lobby and a light crowd in the reataurant

From sitting down to getting our food was 1 hour 30 mins, our appetizer we watched sit in the window long enough for it to show up cold to our table, we ended up asking for our food to just be boxed up to go because we didn’t want to spend the night there. Manager never came around and no one really gave a reason why the food was so delayed but we watched order and order of to go food be sent out of the kitchen. RecommendedBathroom stalls really need cleaned. Lots of unknowns on the stainless. Food was very good. Waitress could have checked back with us sooner after we received our meal in case we needed anything.
