I came here with my spouse and our friends. I specifically told them I have Celiac (severe gluten allergy) asked for a GF menu and ordered from the "safe" menu.. It was NOT safe.. If you have an actual allergy to gluten DO NOT trust this place.. Awful food, flavorless.. Not even salt on the meats (basic cooking 101) salt and pepper your meats!! Will seriously never eat here again.

Our waitress was terrible!! She never showed up. When Chuck's bowl of chili arrived, it was cold!! The table next to us had the same problem. I've been going there for many years. I will sure think twice before going again. Very bad experience.�
Had a hair in my burger...gross but pulled it out...halfway through burger and another hair...called manager over and she acted like she couldnt see hair so i picked it up and showed her up close...she gave me dirty look and put my plate down and it slid accross table and hit my chest area getting ketchup on me...dont go to this location
I've always loved this RR. The servers are great. The mgrs are always accommodating. They always find a TV to play my CLIPPERS game, no matter what other games are on. Loving the $2 video games for the kids. Adult Drinks are always on point - has a nice kick. I had the Mac and Cheese Burger.... A. MAZE. ING!
