I like Red Robin, but yesterday I was a little disappointed in the service. They ran out of garlic bread and didn't even offer a replacement for it. Red Robin big fail yesterday 😞
Last night was the worst experience. I had gotton a spinach wrap before for my boca burger... I wanted a lettuce wrap.... First they gave me a bun. Then they brought to huge pieces of lettuce. Not a wrap. The waitress wanted to argue with me saying like she knows better coz work since 2002. I told her just ladt week I got it wrap....she told me it comes open faced. It went back. The manager now came over and wanted to argue about it. I told her to leave. My husband could not eat. They did not comp it. We paid bill and left. ... read more
Restaurant wasn't busy yet took forever to get our food. Tried calling in advance to place order for our party of 11. Gal on phone said no couldnt place order in advance. Which I feel is super bad customer service Food came and my order was incorrect but didn't want to say anything because felt would take them forever to correct. Won't be returning to South Bay Red Robin
Busy but friendly efficient staff. Great for family.
My daughter and I always go there....great device and food!! Brooke the waitress is fantastic!! We love her.....
