In my previous visits to Red Robin, the food has been awsome. This visit, unfortunately, sucked! The burger was not at all what the description on the menu described. When it came out, it was very soggy, unappealing, and just wrong! My wife's burger, as well, was not cooked to her order. She left half of it to be tossed by the waitress. We came to celebrate two graduations, and we received awesome service. I accidentally threw my receipt away. However, our waitress was a African American lady with steal color hair. High five! You we're great. Thank you
I usually like this place, but don’t find it the healthiest of meals so I don’t go very often. This time we went for teacher appreciation. The lines were long, you couldn’t hear them calling you, their timing was off by like 25 minutes. When we got seated and tried to order I was told I could only get one of their signature burgers for $6.99. Ok, that’s fine, but then I was told they were all cooked to well done.
