Burger was ok. But had to ask for napkins, silverware and ketchup, after food was served and getting cold.
I am in love with the Banzai Burger, it was well done and my fries were crispy like I like them! ���
I decided to take my 9 year old twins girls out for a burger at their request. I ordered the Simple burger with cheese and a side of mayo. My waitress serves us and my burger is missing the cheese and there's no mayo. I call her over to tell her. She then brings me 2 cold slices of cheese that had tiny pieces of lettuce and what looked like left behind pieces of meat. I didn't want to complain, because my kids were enjoying themselves. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer.
The food was ok but the server Cristina was all bad
Was the worst experience I have ever had there. Our server mark was horrible and had a bad attitude towards the end. Will never go back
