I placed a to go order at 5:45 pm today and came in at 6:30 pm to find out that my order was still not ready. Then when I received my fries and tried them in the car to make sure the wait was because it was fresh, my food was freakin cold. Absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I gave two stars was because I felt sorry for the bartender, she was the only one on duty.
This was hands down the best burger I've ever eaten!
We love Red Robin but the service is always hit or miss. On this visit, it was definitely a miss. Our waitress was inattentive and left us sitting for long periods of time between each visit to our table. She earned a very small tip.

We've always enjoyed Red Robin but this visit was exceptional! All agreed the burgers were excellent, the service was awesome, and was enjoyed by all with no complaints. We were in Houston visiting family and this was out first time at this location. I'm sure there are more visits to this Red Robin in our future!!! Thanks for a great experience!!! I'm a firm believer that you shouldn't complain if you don't compliment!!! This was easy!!!
It was good. To Go order! 5/15/17 I ordered the Patty Melt which I love,the menu said it was served on Marble Rye, I got Texas Toast, which I don't love. I asked for Swiss Cheese ♡ got no cheese �. At least they substituted spicy mustard for the 1000 island dressing which I hate. My dad's simple burger was good but again no cheese.
