Had to send our food back, they served us burnt burgers. Then when we did get them we couldn’t eat, we lost our appetite.

Poor service, waiter was very un attentive, food and dessert took a long time to arrive at our table and when dessert came the server just threw it in a rough manner onto the table, the waiter gave totally the wrong information about the dessert we ordered, dessert was nothing like the description on the menu and it lacked a couple of the ingredients, i give them 1/2 of a star out of 5
I normally like this restaurant, I've actually been in many times, but I came in for lunch today and the food was unimpressive and service was terrible. They have the buttons on the table to push to call your waitress and it took her ten min to even notice. Person I had with me said all of the onions in onion rings were unchewable. What happened to this place...

I had a really good burger there! The service was great too.
2hr wait and service was a JOKE!
As busy as the place was, our waiter was gracious and friendly. No rush or difference in service given a free burger!!
