Delicious food, great service. Grandkids loved it!
My kids love coming here. I thought the service was great. Very friendly waitress and was prompt. Everything came exactly how we ordered. I like the idea that we can now pay when we are ready by using the little tablets. The kids love playing on the tablet as well. Mynone son discovered the chalkboard and started to create his own art work while we waited to be seated.
Delicious!! Will be back again. Nice service and tasty food.
Yuck. Food was poor, service was lackluster. You would think iced tea in Texas would taste like something other than brown water. $50 later, leaving very disappointed.
ordered a Gourmet burger Medium. It came with the bottom bun so wet it disintegrated. The patty was wafer thin, grayish on the outside .bright pink in the inside. Showed the waitress very sympathetic but no offer to do anything about it. I went to the website today to complain bit the button post is dithered so you can't post anything. Terrible
1st visit to a Red Robin... five of us, so the waiter sets down 5 forks, 4 napkins & only 2 knives in a tray on the table. The two ladies in the group visited the restroom before being seated, but the waiter insisted on taking drink orders before they returned. Waited an excessively long time before the waiter returned to take our orders. Then when our orders were taken, the waiter didn't write anything down, but relied totally on memory... which wasn't effective because my order (taken last) had three things wrong with it. ... read more
