My first time there! and might be my last, food wasn't good ! on top of them getting my order wrong . i ordered a drink watched it sit on the counter almost ten minutes before i actually got it ! It was just a bad experience . i must of went on the wrong night . smh
Horrible.. One meal came out Wrong and they charged us for it twice then discounted it.. Made it very difficult to understand total bill. Four cheese grilled cheese looked as if it sat for hours before it was sent to our table.
Food and service not good
Great food and awesome bartenders!
We arrived for dinner and was told it was a 5 min wait. The seater disappeared and came back 10 min and advised the Manager told him NOT to seat any parties because they need to catch up. The lobby was full of people all quoted 5-10 min. We could see multiple tables open including bar area. We walked out along with several other parties. Horrible for a Manager to say don’t seat the guests! What kind of training does she have???
Four people ordered and three of the orders were wrong. Fries were over cooked. Service was scarce at best. Didn’t like this place after they opened and years later the feeling is the same.
Great Burgers, great service.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were brought the wrong appetizers twice! And then the waitress tried to blame me but I know what I ordered as I always get the same thing. My salad came out super later and when I went to go eat it my chicken was still super raw. Finally I stopped someone else to tell them the food was raw and he took it back. My salad never came back. Saw my waitress told her to just put it in Togo box then someone else brought it out and I told him nope box it up I’ve been sitting here too lon... read more
