Took my daughter and her family out to celebrate her Birthday, total of 7. Got seated right away and service was great. Megan was very good and was very quick on all our drink refills and fry refill . Food was perfect .
Service was not up to par. Burger 🍔 was not medium it was well done. After waiting so long we ate and complained.
Waitress was great, food was lousy! Should have went next door to Cracker Barrel.
Never again! I prefer to go the one on international drive. We are a family of 6, asked for a table she didn't even made the effort to see if any tables where available. 5 people came before and after us. Let them in like nothing and told us we had to wait 1 1/2 hours !!!! You can tell she didn't want to help. Not cool !!
Chicken sandwich came out rubbery, when manager spoke to us he said they have been having issues with this batch of chicken and can we make you another. REALLY! Why would you keep cooking chicken if it’s bad. Waitress was nice Manager was horrible and it took for ever to get the check and they didn’t even remove the sandwich, we had to tell them.
Never had a bad meal there and the service has always been top notch.
The food is always good great service and a relaxing place for all types of food.
They serve very little fries then ask if you want more when done with hamburger. I got like 10 fries and they were mainly pieces of fries.
