Never had a problem here or bad service, one of our favorite places.
I think serious changes need to be made here!!! Please Beware!!! Ask anyone first impression is super important! The Hostess at this location need to be more people skilled they are beyond unfriendly. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! Honestly such a disgrace toilet paper and pee all over the floor. No napkins or soap in bathroom. Not being kept up with at all,,,,,Very unsanitary! My family and I went in on a Tuesday 9/19 (8pm) there is absolutely no reason for that to be the case. Never, ever eat here. Service was terrible, food came out wrong when it finally came out, things ordered never came, plates were dirty. Horrible experience, and the excuse was that it was busy. My bad.
TODAY'S EXPERIENCE: I eat at this location at least Twice a week for lunch. I guess I made a terrible mistake coming in here for dinner because I waited 20 minutes for a beer and even longer for a burger. And when I got my food the burger colder than the beer. I thought the successful business model for restaurants was to serve drinks in a timely fashion to keep a customer here. FAIL.... I am beyond disappointed. I just want to pay and leave!
Best Gluten Free burger in town. Very generous in amount of meat and was cooked perfectly. The gluten free bun was very fresh, soft and didn't fall--unlike most gluten free buns. Little pricey, but ALL gluten free products are pricy. I always go here to get my "hamburger fix."
