Love the food and service! Nothing negative to report.
When we first arrived and was seated, it took about 5-10 minutes just to be acknowledged (its very slow, only 2 other tables across the way) 2 waiters couldn't figure out who wanted to wait on our table. It took about another 8-10 minutes to get our drinks. Then we asked for the bottomless fries BEFORE our actual food. Fries ended up coming the same time. Which okay whatever, no big deal. Wow what terrible service. The front of the house staff was so weeded, they ignored customers and tables couldn’t even be cleaned. Food took forever. And then they charged me $2 entertainment fee?! When I asked to speak to the manager, Maureen, she wouldn’t even come out!! Because she was in the kitchen cooking 🤦🏻♀️

Honestly my work cafeteria has better burgers. Not worth 13-17$ when i could have had a better one from a freezer at home.
