Good atmosphere, great burgers
when this location first opened it was amazing (its gone from 5 stars to barely a 3)...we loved going here. now that new management has taken over its awful. the last three times we have visited our food has been mediocre. We seem to always get the same horrible server. We again went last night and again had the same server who messed everything up...thankfully her shift was over and Nia saved the day.
Two visits in one month with supremely subpar service. The first visit was over an hour waiting on food. When it arrived, it didn't even have the decency to be lukewarm. Second visit was this evening where the drink order was wrong, and then had to wait for over 30 minutes to get food, And it came out wrong. Sent it back, and the manager on duty brought out the "corrected" order. And it was wrong again!!! I will never step foot in this establishment again.

Delicious food! Customer service could be better though.
American burgers???? As opposed to Russian burgers or Uruguayan burgers... Stupid
