I've worked at this location and it was horrible to say the least . I transferred from an Albuquerque location and I loved it there . When I came in to the winter garden store I was disgusted how the managers would eat right off the line . The crew for the most part was lazy and didn't seem to have any drive behind them . I put my 2 weeks in and the general manager had a fit demanding I stay longer . I said no ,I could no longer work 6 days a week and only get 28 hours. I would love to be apart of the Albuquerque team again ... read more

They very good I would every day if I could afford it
My wife, sons, and myself went to the Winter Garden location. We ordered the chicken tenders for my oldest. When it first arrived, there were only two instead of three tenders. When the third tender was brought to our table, it was raw and undercooked. My wife told the manager who apologized, however we were not compt for our meals. What if my son actually ate the raw chicken and became ill. I'm very disappointed with how this situation was handled.
With there with my mother inlaw. Neither of us had ever been to one and we will never go to another one again. Was recently out of town and what was next to the hotel, a red robin. Some friends said want to go there, I said no and why. We both thought the burger had a funny taste and the fries were cold and raw, not cheap either for 2 people.
