I'm giving a 2 star rating over a 1 star only because Joshua the Host was very polite and was working his butt off. Had our waiter walk by us 5 times didn't even acknowledge us, stopped Joshua as he walked by asked for a new waiter he got us one. Things started to go smoother but it took 35-40 minutes for our food. Food was good, though the wait killed it a little.
First visit on 7/8/15. Noticed a hair flying over our drinks and saw that it probably came from golden retriever service dog (we didn't see when seated) at table across. Asked for fresh drinks, but didn't ask to be moved as they were getting ready to leave. When we were finishing our dinner, another couple with huge service dog was seated at the very same table across from us. What is up with that? Never encountered dogs in restaurants before. I don't know. Their hamburgers are very good, but a bit expensive. Spending over $50 for two hamburgers, fries, two sodas, and a tip is kind of steep, even for hamburgers with fancy names.
What a disappointment, premade low quality hamburger patties. Red Robin used to be great years ago. We waited for close to an hour and we both got well down dried out $14 blue cheese burgers, we ordered them med. really wanted med-rare ! I also ordered Baileys® Irish Cream Shake $6.49 this was horrible and gave it back and ordered a over priced beer. I will never come back! $53.61
under cooked foods salads with wilted greens microwave chicken. Strike 3 send this bird back to where it came from.
I've been to this location twice, and both times the service was horrible. This last time we sat for over 15 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. Got up and left and will not come back.
The Big Sky burger was amazing. Best onion rings I've had in a while as well. Also fell in love with one of the servers... yep... the one with the physics defying bottom. If you see this, I care about you. Hit me up!
