Always like this location! Best time to go is when it's slow. The male Manager is cool :)
Savannah was our waitress... I hope she is not working here for college as I can't imagine her with a grown up job.. Service was horrendous and she didn't check drinks... Food came out wrong ... Omg Red Robin. This experience wasn't YUM!!!
Have been coming to this Red Robin since the beginning. As a family we've come here multiple times, yet now this place seems to have fallen and it can get up. How do you go from 4.5 stars to barely 2.5 (our server Amy saved it) it your lack of standards
We had a horrible experience. Restaurant was not busy and food took an hour. When delivered fries where cold and bacon burger came without bacon. My son ordered mac and cheese and he was still hungry after finishing the way to little portion. When we expressed our disappointment to the manager Shannon she made us even more upset the way she talked back at us. She was very condescending and showed no emotion. Slow,slow,slow! Then paid by Ziosk.....and machine had no paper for receipt.......you guessed it......more waiting .....for receipt!
