As an educator, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to this company for making the effort to appreciate the work educators do! I loved my complimentary Tavern burger and steak fries!! But I loved the gesture even more!
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I ordered the pub macaroni, which came out dry and tasteless not once, but twice. The service was SLOW. As we were nearing the end of our meal, my friend found bugs crawling around in her salad. The manager admitted that they already called the exterminator and offered more bug infested food. Apparently bugs are not a health concern in her world.
They do not care about their service or customers. You have a manager Cynthia who doesn’t belong in the position. She was rude, argumentative, and tried to just remove the items that were not supposed to be on my burger and gave the exact same burger to me. It still had mayonnaise, pieces of lettuce on it. This is very poor service. Our server Will was extremely nice an apologetic. Do not go to this location, bad everything! I left there hungry! The manager is horrible!
I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Mallory, our waitress at your countryside mall, Florida location. Thank you for being absolutely wonderful and kind! My daughter’s 11th birthday Party was at this location (party of 30ish) and she made everything so easy going for me and had a continuous smile on her face! I would like that she get personally recognized for her excellent and OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Thank you Sooooooo much Mallory for making my daughter’s birthday so great and memorable! I really like the menu and food, but the one in Clearwater Fl at Countryside Mall needs more help. I felt bad for the server. It wasn't busy but she had a hard time keeping up.
